Refund policy
Non-returnable Items, Damages and Issues
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our cosmetic products, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted; however, if your product arrives visibly damaged upon delivery, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@gowithnature.co.uk so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note you have 14 days from receipt of your item to discuss a possible replacement, subject to availability and verification of the damage.
Replacements
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received verification of the damage (via photos or video) and accepted your claim, we'll send you an exact replacement of the item you purchased unless you have requested a refund. Your item cannot be replaced with a different product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the damage, defect or delivery issue and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
Products cannot be exchanged after purchase and we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
