Shipping policy

Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, which typically delivers within 1–2 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays or seasonal demand.

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the total order weight and destination. We currently only ship within the UK.

 

Order Tracking & Proof of Postage
We always obtain proof of postage for every order. However, Royal Mail 1st Class does not include a tracking service. If you require tracked or signed-for delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from dispatch, please check with your local Royal Mail office or delivery service provider. If your parcel is deemed lost, please contact us at sales@gowithnature.co.uk so we can assist you.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we can resend it at the customer’s expense.
